Weird college meal of the day: Uncle Bens garlic& butter ready rice, Hawaiian bread and canned corn.

You guys… look at this humongous apple I bought.

Yesterday I allowed myself a biscuit amidst the veggies and today 4 starbursts and a cheese stick. Going to put these pictures in my closet, fridge and cabinets tomorrow. Need to stick to veggies, water, fruit and protein shakes only!

Its hardest for me to stick to this at night though. It’s really bad. Anyone have any advice for how to keep myself from craving food and snacking before bed?

Tumblr, shit’s about to get real. This morning I couldn’t fit in one of my favorite dresses and that was really a wake up call. I have been eating better this semester, but it’s not enough to eat well during the day and snack on shit at night. Luckily I haven’t gained anything since last semester.

I’ll be going to the vegan cafeteria as much as possible, taking smaller portions and no more crappy snacking. I’m even going to make a sign for my food cabinet to remind myself I that if want to lose this freshman 15, I have to commit. Hoping to see some results in two weeks.

I hate how you can’t just casually eat an apple.

Started another tumblr! It is a food tumblr, but it will consist of mostly vegetarian recipes and dessert recipes I find on my own, mostly stuff I would like to make. I have been browsing around recipe sites on winter break trying to find things to make and figured I should share the awesome stuff I find.

It is currently just a template, but I will be setting up a big queue.
