I just finished the entire p90x cardio video and I feel like superman. I haven’t worked out this hard since the elementary school playground. I can feel my ab muscles and I’m not even moving them. This is what a real workout feels like.

Well, I weighed myself at the rec center yesterday and the scale told me that I lost three pounds since I weighed myself last week. I really hope this is true, and not just something stupid like water weight because I have been working pretty hard since the semester started to make it happen.
